Return Policy

Hope Reminders verifies that our medallions live up to their product description. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Due to our free-shipping policy, we are unable to pay for your return shipping unless the product is damaged or faulty in some way. If your product is received damaged, please email a photo of the damaged product as soon as possible and we will be happy to either issue you a refund or reship a new product to you at no additional cost to you. These situations will be addressed on a case-to-case basis.

You have 30 days from the purchase date for all returns or exchanges.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and preferably in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
